Where are you located?

   We do not have a physical location, and service our customer’s vehicles on site at their home, office, or wherever they may be for maximum convenience.

How do mobile services work?

    Once you set up an appointment, you provide the address and we take all the necessary equipment, materials and parts to complete the service. We follow OEM factory standards for all our maintenance and repairs.

What services can you do as mobile technicians?

​   We can do most inspections, diagnostic, repairs, and maintenance services on site, with a few exceptions that require more logistical coordination with our clients.

​

What are these exceptions?

   The main exceptions are engine and transmission swaps, as well as auto body work.

​

Do you warranty your work?​

    We have a labor warranty 12k miles / 12 months whichever comes first. Part warranties will vary depending on the manufacturer.

What’s your service area?

   We are based out of Silicon Valley, but service the East Bay, Peninsula, Santa Cruz, and Gilroy area.

What forms of payment are accepted?

   We accept all forms of payment except check including, but not limited to Cash, Credit, Debit, Zelle, Venmo, Afterpay, and in house financing.

How do diagnostic services work?

   When you book a diagnostic service with us we charge a $175 fee. If the result of the diagnosis results in the recommendation of a service and you book the service with us, the diagnostic is applied as a credit towards the updated estimated cost of repair.

Will my car be fixed the same day as the diagnosis?

   After a diagnosis is completed and a customer confirms they would like to proceed with a repair we check part and calendar availability to determine the need for a follow up appointment.
